Wrisley's Leg Makeup

Pour small quantity into your cupped hand and starting with foot, apply with upsweeping movements. When thoroughly dry, pat on a light film of dusting powder, then rub with a clean cloth for a glossy finish. Can be removed readily with soap and water.”
