A red and white aluminum tube in a plastic cylindrical container with an applicator brush. The rube reads, “Maybelline Cream Mascara / Velvet Black,” and the back reads, “Directions - Spread thin line of mascara on dry brush, work into bristles. Apply to lashes, brushing from base to tips.
