1940s Military Hat Double Compact

A brass rectangular compact with a small central military hat featuring the Great Seal of the United States with red and white enamel. The compact opens on a hinge with a finger ridge. Inside the compact is a mirror the full area of the top. Opposite the mirror, Is a place for a missing puff. Under the space for the puff, is a powder well and sifter.
