A round, navy and black plastic compact shaped like an Air Force officer’s hat. There is a gold Great Seal of the United States on the front of the hat. The compact opens on a hinge at the bill of the hat. Inside the compact is a round mirror the complete diameter of the top. Opposite the mirror is a powder well and puff.
