The Wadsworth Watch Case Co., established in 1890, was a gold maker operating out of Dayton, Kentucky. In the 1930s the company started producing compacts under the name, “Wadsworth,” as well as the name, “Henriette.” The collectible designs were highly sought after. The company disappeared in the 1950s.
