Raymon Monegal founded Myrurgia in Barcelona, Spain. His son, an artist, Esteban Monegal took over the company and focused on its advertising campaigns, labels and packaging. Myrurgia was recognized for its aesthetic appeal and thrived. Myrurgia merged with Puig Beauty & Fashion Group in 2000.
